Shipping & Delivery

Q: Can I ship to an address different than mine?

A: Sure. This option is great for sending gifts. Your recipient will NOT see the price of gifts you have purchased for them in their shipment.

Q: What are the Shipping Guidelines?

A: From time to time, our delivery carriers do experience problems with delivering a package. For the best results, we suggest the following:

SHIP TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS INSTEAD OF A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS 1. Business locations are generally delivered earlier in the day. 2. Business locations are generally more secure than a residential location. 3. Business locations generally have a person who signs for the package, thus leaving a paper trail. 4. Business locations accept packages so your shipment is inside a building and you don't have to worry about weather elements such as rain, heat, etc.. 5. Make sure you include the company name and "in care of" (c/o) your name so the business knows to accept the package.

FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES 1. Make sure you include your complete address. 2. Please start looking for your package around the estimated delivery date. 3. If you know your address is hard to locate, please ship to a business, friend, or relative's address that is easier to locate. 4. Rural locations sometimes take longer to deliver. 5. If shipping to an address other than your own, please include "in care of" (c/o) the homeowners name on the package. 6. Make sure you have a mail receptacle

FOR APARTMENTS OR GATED COMMUNITIES 1. Make sure you include your complete address. 2. Most carriers deliver to the Leasing Office instead of your doorstep. 3. Always check with your Leasing Office around the estimated delivery date (Please refer to your order confirmation for this date). 4. If you name is not on the lease, please include "in care of" (c/o) the lease holders name on the package. 5. If you do not have a Leasing Office on site and you live in a secure building where you must have a key or code to enter, DO NOT have your order shipped to this location. ** Please note that we cannot be responsible for missing or lost packages when the above guidelines are not followed. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for orders that are returned to us due to invalid information. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box number.

Subtotal $50.01 to $100.00, shipping cost: $11.75

Subtotal $100.01 to $150.00,shipping cost: $12.75

Subtotal $150.01 to $200.00,shipping cost: $13.75

Subtotal $200.01 to $300.00,shipping cost: $14.95

Subtotal $300.01 to $400.00,shipping cost: $19.75

Subtotal $400.01 to $500.00,shipping cost: $25.50

Subtotal $500.01 and up,shipping cost: $34.50

For shipping to Canada, and the U.S. states of AK (Alaska) and HI (Hawaii), an additional $20 applies.

Privacy & Security

Q: What do you do with my registration information?

A: Rest assured that we do not share your contact information with any third party. We simply ask customers to register so that we can give them a better experience on our website and allow them to use the Wish List and other helpful functions. From time to time, we may also send email alerts to our registered customers to notify them of special sales and announcements. Your information is not sold, rented out, or shared in any way. Information gathered during the payment process is not seen by KismetGiftShop.com due to our use of a third party payment system (Paypal) to process all payments. No information is stored at KismetGiftShop.com.

When you order from us, we collect Personally Identifiable Information from you. If you order one of our products, we will collect and maintain your name, email address, mailing address, telephone or mobile number, product selections, as well as the recipient's name, address, telephone or mobile number and email address. We collect this, and other information, as disclosed in this Policy, in order to fill your order, to communicate with you about your order, or the recipient, as appropriate, and to send you promotional materials. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review the product order form and make changes and additions to the information it contains and these changes will be automatically kept for future use. If you cancel an order or do not complete an order we may collect and use any email address or other information that you have entered as we would collect and use it if you had completed an order.When an order is placed for delivery to you by a third party we need to collect Personally Identifiable Information regarding the third party to fulfill the order. This information includes their name, address, telephone or mobile number and email address.

Returns & Replacements

Q: What is the policy on returns?

A: Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@kismetgiftshop.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

Ordering

Q: How long does it take to process an order?

A: Orders usually ship within 4 business days of your order and will arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping.

Q: What if I made a mistake when providing the engraving details?

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to correct any orders due to incorrect information given by the customer. Please double check names, dates, etc. before ordering.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) e-checks, and instant payments through Paypal. We use Paypal Secure Payments, an industry leading payment system to ensure that your information is kept private and secure. Pay with your bank account, credit card or Paypal balance without sharing your financial information with us.

Sales and special promotions will take place regularly. Please register to receive special discount codes through email.
